GKM’s data web server is hosted and managed by Servepath at their center in San Francisco, USA. The Web server uses 128-bit Secure Socket Layer encryption for all data transfers. Logins are password protected and restricted to registered users. The use of firewalls and allied technology provides for a high degree of security and reliability.

Non-disclosure Agreements

All GKM employees are required to sign non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements. All preparers may discuss any tax related issue only with direct supervisors and are legally bound not to discuss it with any other persons.

Security at the Service Centers

Gkm has the highest security levels physically as soon as remote access levels. the Security level is at par with the best in the industry. Please do not hesitate to email us at info@gkglobal.net to get the detailed security access.

Personal Belongings

  • All personal belongings must be left in lockers outside the processing facility. The same are not allowed inside the processing facility.

Hardware Requirements

  • There are no removable media devices.
  • The PC’s do not have floppy drives or CD R/W drives.

Others

  • Dual monitors are used and source documents and tax returns cannot be printed.
  • Remote access as required to process returns on client’s servers is allowed. Keystrokes are logged and the log is audited periodically.
  • All passwords are changed periodically.
  • Software used includes Windows OS, MS Word/MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Symantec Anti-Virus, tax processing software and key loggers.
